"We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The staff were wonderful, patient and helpful. The jazz music night for dinner was a lovely evening. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a short stay."

"The hotel was comfortable and convenient, with friendly, helpful staff. My only disappointment was that the hotel was actually closed when we arrived at mid afternoon. I understood that check in was not until 4:30, but I wasn’t prepared for the hotel to actually be locked!"

"Notre réservation par Hotels.com n’avait pas été correctement enregistrée. Heureusement, il restait des chalets disponibles… dans la partie prévue pour les hôtes d’un jour, donc : stationnement loin du chalet. Pas de 4G (ni de wifi, of course). Piscine fermée 4 jours avant la date prévue. Par contre: accueil sympa, excellent couchage et chalet très propre."

We had no idea to expect that we'd drive a rough cobblestone road up the mountain to stay the night in a fairy tale castle, complete with a tower and a truly BREATHTAKING view of the countryside from our tall French windows which opened up to admit a fragrant breeze. "Pretty hotel in a nice location but the rooms are budget and the noise in the morning unnaceptable. Squeezing a few more rooms in the basement under the kitchen was not appreciated. 5:30 staff movements on a Saturday while on vacation mean we would t use again. Not recommended for a quiet stay. "

"A lovely place we have returned to, great food and comfortable. Check in time however was wrong, for once we got to our hotel early and the owner had a note on the door asking guests to return at 5.30 so 2 hours to wait in a very small village rather than rest and refresh. Room lovely but a solid rather than see through door to the toilet would stop the light flooding the room if your partner goes to the loo."
