"The grounds were absolutely stunning at the hotel! The rooms were very large with all the amenities you could need. We did have a couple of issues with bugs indoors but I’m sure that goes along with the thatched roof. The restaurant had an amazing variety of good food on the buffet. The thing that takes this place to the top is their service and the wonderful people they employ. We arrived at around 11:00 pm after a grueling drive. I’m sure everyone was tired and wanting to call it a night....

"A nice property, but certain aspects could be improved. The staff were friendly and attentive, the property's location is beatiful and fun with the occasional hippos showing up in the garden. The "room" was spacious and offered good privacy. However, the food was nothing really special (compared to other - sometimes cheaper - places in Uganda) and unlimited drinking water should be a given at this price."

"The motel service was amazing with friendly personnel who were obviously committed to making the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The only drawback was the preparation of food the morning after our stay. The omelets must have been buried in cayenne pepper rendering so spicy they could not be eaten by my wife or me. But, this was the only drawback."

"AMAZING! This was a last minute add-on to our itinerary and this was a blessing. The property is beautiful. You have to go down a long dirt road via two gates, but once you arrive, your jaw will drop. Staff, resturant, grounds, views, rooms, EVERYTHING was just amazing. They were not busy at all -- This was worth every penny. All food (fruit, veggies, and meat/animals) is raised on the property (except for the tuna). A very neat concept and they should be very proud. You get to wake up and see...

"Great value for the price. Beautifully kept groups and really comfortable large rooms and nice above standard in linens and quality of beds. The restaurant took a bit long to bring us our food but overall well worth another stay for sure. "
