"Generally, it was an excellent sojourn. In order to access the property, I had to communicate with one of the staff. She seemed to be very kind and amiable. She upgraded my booking to an ensuite room. The airconditioner was powerful and I appreciated the extra blankets. No complaints! Tip: I recommend rendering a visit to the butcher (in the vicinity). "The room was spacious and very comfortable. We arrived late and they had a late check in service which they explained their late check in procedure and it was handled well and easy to follow. The fact that it was a cold rainy night and when we opened the door to our room to find the heater was already on and the room nice and warm was a really nice touch.
