"Nice hotel, close to the former border - recommend to ask the boss about it - certainly an interesting conversation. They have also a nice Wellness area (Sauna), Food is very good (we took the local Cold plate for dinner). There is a room which can be locked for bycicles. Friendly staff ! Nearby are Castle Heldburg and nice bike Trails along the former border patrol ways. "

"The room i was in was reasonably nice. Dated decor, but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful, however hardly spoke any English, so it was tricky getting checked in and out. Breakfast was poor. "what a surprise this was. a resort style town, and an older but well mainted hotel, with hidden vacilites... heated pool.. 10 nis stroll to town centre were there are great cafes, restaurants amd beer gardens. we had the three bed room, and all beds were grat heaps of space, big bathroom. buffet breakfast had plenty to chose from. we even extended our stay by another night."
