I explained to him that we were unaware that our credit card had to be ran separately for the incidental fee and the parking (thinking our parking charge would be taken out of the incidental fee upon check out). "The hotel had all the conveniences of home in the kitchen; the suite was very clean, comfortable. Even with a couple of glitches, the staff was extremely accomodating, which I have come to expect at a Hilton property. Still nice to see it in action yet again."
