"The staff were so helpful, especially with our 4am early checkout to get to the airport. Having the breakfast option, even just to get coffee and a pastry before heading out in the morning, was an absolute must. This is also just a great location as far as access to central Rome. There’s a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and it literally takes like 5 minutes to walk to the pantheon and some of the best coffee shops in the area. Some of the amenities are dated (the elevators for example)...

"We loved the location! You can walk everywhere. We booked a standard double room and got upgraded to a room with a view of the Trevi Fountain. So fun and, surprisingly, not noisy. The linens were good and room decor was cute. Breakfast was pretty good and the room has an amazing view. Staff was nice and helpful everywhere. Not a luxury hotel, but very nice overall, and a great deal for the price. "
