"Cute little inn with delicious breakfast and dinner. Everything I ate was amazing. Staff is really friendly. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Services were sometimes a bit limited however. On a couple slower days there was no dining available or no breakfast. Wouldn’t be a problem except there aren’t many options nearby either. I didn’t have a car so I would have to take the bus into Salzburg if I wanted to eat dinner. Just plan ahead and confirm dining schedule with the staff so you can make...

"They had great customer service and Maria at the restaurant was amazing. Also, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday and left him a nice birthday card with a Prosecco bottle. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage’s upstairs. Parking was a bit hard to find since we arrived late at night when everything was closed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"it's a very quaint antique like hotel, every piece of furniture has history. the room is comfortable and has wonderful view look out to the nearby garden. the cow bells sound in the morning is very soothing. it really brings me back to 1900s. the breakfast is delicious. it's a wonderful experience to stay here comparing to a more modern hotel that doesn't have much characters. "The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....
