Decent breakfast though the quality of the coffee and the eggs could be improved. A bit out of the touristy area but the metro is nearby and the value for money was excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay there again. "

"The customer service was outstanding. Nani was amazing making us feel at home and any of our questions were treated as a high priority. I would totally recommend this place thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. Same goes for the gentleman managing the breakfast, he was incredibly helpful. Also I think "Vivian" at reception was more than helpful printing some important documents. It feels like this hotel has some good staff that they really need to keep :)"
