"I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. "Great place to Spend a few nights and explore Dominicus and nearby Bayahibe towns. Close to plenty of dining and shopping options and short 10 min walk to the beautiful beach! Good breakfast and coffee at a reasonable price. Small pool nice for refreshing dip. (Lounge chairs would be a nice addition). "

"This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables.
