"My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The staff including the owner were fantastic. So nice and pleasant. The property is definitely a three star but I can confidently say they are working in it as we speak. The owners bought the property about one year ago and are continuing to upgrade it. "Excellent property and the jacuuzi was a big plus. The only downside was the outside light on the decking above the hot tub wasn't working. The service was amazing, complimentary water given in the room and one for the road. Would definitely return here, worth being further out of lake como for the views alone. "

"Although the rooms are fairly small, they are comfortable. The noise from the street is very loud and persistent all night long so wear ear plugs if you get a room streetside. The breakfast was lovely with excellent cappuccino & espresso and a nice selection of meats and pastries. It is very close to the San Giovanni train station which is a plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful."
