I will say that you can hear everything in the halls or the room next to you, so not necessarily quiet and be mindful as well of your noise level when staying there. "It was a little hard to find due to the amount of construction. I called the hotel and they helped guide us there. The Owner/Manager was very helpful. The breakfast was good too. The room was a comfortable size. There were three of us. Our room had the extra bed off to the side in it's own space. "
