"Friendly welcoming staff on reception. They allowed us to fheck in early, which was appreciated. Room was small. Walk in shower. I couldnt reach the towels, i have put this in feedback before. They need to lower. Tea and coffee in room. No iron, also mit sure if room service available. Breakfast is great, plenty of choice and lovely food. Not enough cups. Constantly running out or tellbu to use paper. Location is good right in temple bar, not to far from shops, bars and restaurants. I gave...

"Loved our stay at this hotel! We were in Dublin for a couple of days before heading to the west of Ireland for a family reunion when my teenage son became ill and had to be hospitalized for a week. The staff found a room at the last minute for me and my daughter during peak tourist season, for which I’ll be forever grateful! The hotel is a short walk to public transportation and the neighborhood is wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we’re in Dublin!"

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "

"This hotel is not on the busy street but with one minute walk, you can get to all the stores, restaurants and transportation. It's quiet at night. You have to pay for parking, but it's discounted by staying at the hotel, and it's only two minutes walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the stay!"
