"The overall stay was made by the attentive staff and the real desire to please the guests. The food was good, the chef and staff in the restaurant were dedicated to giving you a good experience. "I apprehensively booked this hotel for one night, not knowing what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised! This hotel is a fairly decent option in Aurangabad, likely around a 3-star rating. The rooms are nice and spacious (we were upgraded to a suite, thank you very much!) and very clean. The showers are excellent, providing hot water at just the right pressure. "Large comfortable room. Beds and pillows were just right re firmness and support. Breakfast and evening buffet had plenty of choices and the staff were very obliging with any requests. We were even offered coffee whilst waiting to be checked in, which was very kind and hospitable!"

"The hotel’s location is very convenient , especially if you are going to the caves and explore the historical sites. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for our driver ! Javits was super helpful, polite, reliable and affordable . He picked us up at the airport, took us around for 2 full days , and even took us to a local restaurant, where we met Ali, the friendly owner, and we had the most delicious indian meals. "Property was very good for a stay and if someone wants to stay near the nature, this is the best option one can opt for. "

"The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"
