The staff were really kind and helpful, especially a brunette with frizzy/curly hair who worked during breakfast; she gave us a little tour and history of the hotel and allowed us to use a normally locked room for breakfast one morning, always had a smile and happy to chat. Overall we had a fantastic stay. "
