"Not a very welcoming hotel .... during check-in 3 people behind the desk and no other customers but none of the staff interested in helping or greeting me (completely ignoring me), nobody at the breakfast and nobody again during check-out (so eventually I gave up and put the room-card in the box). Room was clean. Breakfast simple/OK. Will stay again but staff needs some customer training."

"Very central, only a short walk from the train station. The room was very clean and tidy. Due to the central location, it might be too rowdy for some (from noise outside) but it wasn't a proble during our stay. Check-in was easy and the hotel is very secure. Luggage storage wasn't available during check-in sadly and the staff at the time seemed generally unhelpful in that regard but the lady working later in the evening was much more helpful and reassuring about availability when we check-out....

"This property offers microwave & fridge in the lounge .I would have used them if my stay had been longer, The opportunity to cook my own food is a big attraction as massive savings can be make compared to always eating out .My only concern is that there is only 1 microwave so waiting to use it might be a problem "
