"Our family, 5 kids, 2 parents and 1 set of grandparents stayed in 3 rooms. The location was ideal and so close to the ocean. We loved the fire pits and the chance to make s’mores. Our kids loved the pool as well. It felt like a vacation. It was quick drive to anywhere in Pismo and Arroyo Grande. Thankful to have gone and time for our family."

The place looks clean, recently remodeled, but there are some signs of wear already. We stayed in a Deluxe King room with a Sofa and Balcony — the mattress looked and felt old (both side sink in while the middle is a bit more firm), there were no ceilings lights but 5 lamps in the room and a couple of the lamps we’re already wobbly. "our room specifically was very convenient & made it easy for us to come in & out from our room to the car which we loved! location is great close to everything. we did get a handicap room which we aren’t handicap so showering was quite messy but other than that everything was great! "

"The stay was nice and the breakfast was amazing! It feels like the hotel rooms could use a good cleaning of the carpet and couches. Also, both TVs turned on at about 5am. There was no sound but they lit up the rooms with the Home Screen. "
