"The shower head was broken which I didn't notice until the next morning and it was like showering with a hose pipe. On reporting it to reception at check out, they already knew about it but I was still given the room even though I checked in before 16.00 so many other rooms were available."

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. A kettle was available on request to make a hot drink. The tasty and filling breakfast was reasonable priced too. We have used this hotel many times and it has never disappointed."

"The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here. The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners. I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid...
