"Great surprise in this barren wonderland called Cabo de Gata. Amazing location, don't miss sunset views on to the bay. Great food and great team... make sure you get detailed directions, the last mile is hard to find, when you think the road has ended just keep going!"

"This hotel is situated in a beautiful area of the nature park very close to spectacular beaches and lots of possibilities to explore the nature, be it by foot or by bike. The staff is very friendly and service minded. We had a lovely dinner in the evening, served with detailed explanations. A really lovely experience. "

"Excelente resort, apartado del ruido de una población, sin embargo a 2 minutos en coche de cualquier servicio necesario. La habitación, es de un tamaño amplio, con sofá y un amplio baño (el detalle de los lavabos es impresionante) aire acondicionado y minibar con agua mineral de reposición diaria. Piscina refrescante para los días calurosos y unos jardines para ver el cielo sin apenas contaminación lumínica. "Our hosts (Merche/Pepe) were so helpful, we got lost getting there so we rang them and they were on their way to pick us up.Adding to that they took us for a tour of some highlights of San Jose which was spectacular. Very knowledgeable and so friendly welcoming us to their house and country.The villa we stayed in had everything you needed and it felt like home."

Excellent Hostal in San Jose, Nijar, Spain

"We did only stay the 1 x night as we were en-route from Alicante Airport to Fuengirola. We didn’t arrive until 18:45 but had received, by WhatsApp, clear and precise instructions on how to gain access to our room. The room was comfortable with a very nice sea view terrace. The shower was hot with a steady flow of water. Overall the room was great and the staff, that we met, were very friendly. We will certainly stay here again"
