"It was perfectly positioned, within walking distance of the centre (through a beautiful park) and all the attractions. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The receptionist gave us a street map on arrival and pointed out good areas for eating and where to avoid. The room itself was very well appointed, plenty of kitchen equipment and very comfortable bed. "Located outside the core in a light industrial area there are a court of fast food places nearby. The hotel isn’t fancy but has everything you want for a good night’s sleep, with good onsite parking which is secured at night. "

"Hotel is a bit old and tired in places but is due to undergo modernisation. Ideal location and parking was a godsend even at 13 euro a night. Real shame that the spa was such an expensive extra charge - 29 euro for a swim and sauna for an hour was too much."

"Nice little hotel with plenty of parking, in a fairly quiet location but not far from the motorway. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms clean and comfortable. Special requests were listened to and accommodated to the very best of their ability. Ther is no restaurant, but the courtapaille next door is open 7 days a week until 11pm . Didn’t have breakfast as had to make an early start but the price for breakfast was reasonable. Will definitely be back "

"Very spacious room with a little balcony overlooking the Main Street, which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. With the windows closed we couldn’t hear a sound so that was great at night. The room was very spacious but did not have a fridge nor an iron. Great location and a very secure set up. Staff were friendly enough and check in/out went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our favourite place to stop when heading into France. Only two hours eurotunnel or ferries at Calais. Secure parking (gated) is the main reason we first stayed and now we appreciate the 24hr front desk when arriving late after travel delays. Our 4th year staying here and the service is always helpful and pleasant. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has just what you need, eggs and bacon, plus several breads, yogurt and cereals. Petrol and large Cassino supermarket 4 mins away...

"Hotel was fine but the only reason we have used this hotel so much is the Courtpaille restaurant attached to it. Unfortunately this time the meal in the Courtpaille was very poor and expensive for what it was. The Goat's Cheese salad consisted of limp lettuce, a very small portion of goats' cheese, bread rolls cut in half, not toasted and an anaemic dressing. We will now be looking for other hotels for our stays."
