"Front desk was 24hours. English speaking. Very helpful/knowledgeable with all questions and suggestions. They were able to book taxi back to the airport. Metro station very close! We walked 12-15 miles a day, so what a relief to have a 2min walk from the station at the end of the day :)"

The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. And the jacuzzi was nice. Unfortunately the sauna was not in service during my stay which is sad because i would've really loved it. "Good locatation plenty of things around .Greeted nicely & helped us on getting metro to montramare.Hotel room was small but i understand rooms in paris are.It was very hot but window did open .Lots of towels & free toiletries .Bed slightly hard in my opinion but we all have different taste.My only problem and was quite a big one is we were in room 501 ( if your offered that one refuse ) right next to a very noisy lift that went late into night & again early morning "

"Overall an acceptable hotel but some of the decoration is tired, could do with deep cleaniing. Daily cleaning was good by the staff. The breakfast items were very good, almost 'Full English' as opposed to continental. Could do with a new Toaster, one where the handle to push the bread down doesn't keep falling off!!! If visiting Paris again, I would use this hotel once more. Very close to a Metro Station which is always a bonus!"
