We went for 1 bed room cot was provided for little one(check about them charging you for this - they waive it for us but otherwise 30€ a week). Lounge/kitchen area was large with sofa of 2 single beds (whole place could accommodate 4 adults). Shower room good with spacious proportions and clean. "For those with pets, it's not stated up front, but there is a 50 euro room charge (not a huge deal, but that was how much the room cost already, so just a heads up). The room was nice, bed was very firm, almost like sleeping on plywood though.
