"Everything about the hotel was excellent. Staff at check in were wonderful, going out of their way too look up actives for us for the following day that we'd not yet been able to book. Room was spotless and had been changed ahead of time from a king to two twins as per my request. Breakfast was phenomenal, cooked breakfast all the usual far done well (hash browns were perfect!). "We really enjoyed our stay and cannot fault the hotel at all. Lovely modern bedroom. The Garden bar was large with TV screens showing the news and football. If i have a piece of advice, it would be to be reminded that there is an extra cost to use the pool area. This is currently £20 per person for 2 hours. This has to be booked, you cant just walk in. "The grounds and the main part of the hotel were excellent as were the staff. The only disappointment was the fridge in our room the motor of which kept kicking in on a regular basis. This meant that we couldn’t get a proper silent night as the noise of this was quite intrusive. Other than that, it was a good stay. "

"The Risboro is my first choice of hotel in Llandudno. It's great for single travellers. It's central and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment is good and the breakfast is amazing. Great value for money. I highly recommend. "

Amazing Spa Hotel

"Amazing Spa hotel, we were looked after from arriving to leaving. We were upgraded FOC from a 4 poster to the suite which was amazing, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the spa was great and staff again were brilliant. We ate in the restaurant which was really nice with a great selection. Our room/suite was huge and we loved having it. We would definitely recommend this place"

"A great hotel with an excellent breakfast, it's the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the mountains/nature in the area. The bar and restaurant below are great as well especially in winter. The room was very clean, quiet and well stocked. Great staff too, would definitely book this hotel again next time we visit the area. "

"I was travelling my motorbike and they very kindly let me park in an enclosed yard at the back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the public areas and the room were clean and modern. Food in the evening was good and great value, the bar had a good atmosphere with locals and guests. Room included a nice continental breakfast. I would happily stay here again. "
