"Great hospitaly"

"Unfortunately, we have had many issues during our stay most of it because of the owner. 1. We booked the premium room and paid extra for it, however, the owner told us that was already full and didn't give us the room even though we paid for it. 2. Breakfast was included in our stay, but the owner claimed it is not included and we had to show her proof several times by showing her hotels.com documentation before she had to accept. She gave 1 tomato to 4 of use which clearly wasn't enough 3....

"We had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit family. Captain Mike was a great host, extremely accommodating, helped us check in late, had breakfast made every morning and went above and beyond to provide food we liked (even milk for our baby). He liked to talk a lot and normally I would have loved to speak more but I had a lot of family things to attend to so I didn't have the opportunity to relax and have a coffee and talk. "The picturesque setting on the Aegean Sea was amazing. The staff was so caring and willing to fulfill our very need. The continental breakfast had great local choices as well as other treats and beverages. We are building our house near by and will definitely have our overflow guests stay at Emporios Bay Hotel.
