"Stayed for 3 nights in the ibis , room was clean had what we needed , not 5 star hotel but clean and a good continental breakfast included in our stay, tram to Edinburgh was across the road also took you to the airport, staff very helpful and someone always there. They also letting us leave our baggage there on last day which was very helpful "

"Staff very helpful and friendly and made every effort to change my room to one with walk in shower due to small fracture in my back. Restaurant good menu choice. Breakfast selection very good, except bacon which became hard while keeping warm. Orange/apple juice machine produced weak odd tasting drink! Coffee selection very good. Will definitely stay again when visiting brother in Edinburgh."
