But they are very helpful once they know what you need. It comes with free cooked Chinese/western breakfast, laundry room with free detergent, a pool table and a small room to watch video. "Everything that can go wrong went wrong. The entrance to the hotel looks different from the picture in the website. The name of the hotel has changed to W H Hotel. At check in, the counter staff are terribly unhelpful. I didn't get the room type I have booked and the counter staff asked me to check with Expedia when I have no data/wifi nor a mobile (flat battery) to call. "The bathroom was older, mildew and mold stains on all the seals. Good enough because I earned points. The business and higher rated rooms are better and cleaner which I’ve stayed in before."

"Only one staff at Reception. Check in delayed. Bathroom towel not clean. Twin beds not separated but joined. Amenities - sewing kit, cotton buds missing. Toilet & bedroom only divided by a glass panel so one gets disturb by noises when one pax is washing up. Poor layout. Breakfast everyday same. Should change some items. Wont want to stay here nor recommend to anyone."
