I sat in the lobby with the manager and another staff member for nearly 2 hours while they patiently helped me figure everything out, and then got me a different room. I love this property and the staff. Will be booking again, through the hotel. "

"The accomodations were nearly operating room clean. The hotel caters to outdoor sports enthusiast clientele and I believe the room would have been outstanding for people with those needs with its fittings to accommodate bikes, skis, hiking boots, etc. It was also fine for our needs for a reasonably priced comfortable overnight stay with our dog. The bed, bedding, and linens were all good to excellent. A couple of suggestions: an inexpensive TV antenna for picking up local channels easily and a non-slip mat for the shower."
