Ordinarily this would be fine but beware of noisy guests arriving back late at night and speaking loudly early in the morning. "

"Everyone (staff) was so welcoming and accommodating. Located directly across the street from the Seilbahn Sexton Helm (Monte Elmo) gondola 🚡 we enjoyed spectacular views from our balcony and stunning Tre Cime peaks from all around the property and in town. Our room was modest and very clean. "

"The new owners of the hotel were very very friendly and helpful. Hotel is pretty clean and comfortable. Nelly and Rene are doing their best. There is golf course, swimming pool, tennis court etc. I am sure it will be great during summer. Weißensee is only 15km away and there is a lot to do. We will come back for sure. "

"Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area...
