No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. "We were here to view the xterra triathlon. This is a tiny town but the accommodation was excellent with a nice staff and excellent breakfast and meal options. Sadly it was quite wet and rainy while there so we did not get to be out as much as we would have liked. Having this place as a refuge was welcome. "

"Arrivée un lundi soir 21H , pas d’accueil à l’hôtel mais un numéro à appeler pour obtenir un code d’entrée. Numéro injoignable…. à 21h40 je réussis enfin à pénétrer dans l’hôtel avec un autre client . Des clés attendent leur client sur une table dans l’entrée mais malheureusement pas la mienne . Numéro toujours injoignable… Je décide de m’installer dans une chambre vide. La propreté est plus que limite , le ménage a été fait mais en surface seulement …. Poils dans l’évier restant dû précédent...

"I needed a last minute stay whilst on a motorcycle tour through Europe. I turned up as the kitchen was closing and the manager asked the chef if he would stay on to cook me a meal. I’m not fussy and let the chef cook what he had on hand, a selection of local cured meats, foie gras and crusty bread for an appetiser and an amazing dish of chicken, mushrooms and a white wine sauce. Truly a stay to remember if only for one night. "
