When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"Der Start war mühsam, niemand am Empfang, ich musste eine Telefonnummer anwählen. Die Frau gab mir dann den Eintrisscode und Name sowie Code des Zimmers. Die E-Grvl konnten wir in einer Rumpelkammer einschliessen und aufladen. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber, ruhig, komfortabel. Zur Verfügung stand ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Zum Frühstück ( zusätzlich 13.-) waren wir 2 Partien. Es gab guten Kaffe, Brot, ein pain au chocolat, Butter, Auswahl von Konfitüren, frische Trauben und ein...

"We were here to view the xterra triathlon. This is a tiny town but the accommodation was excellent with a nice staff and excellent breakfast and meal options. Sadly it was quite wet and rainy while there so we did not get to be out as much as we would have liked. Having this place as a refuge was welcome. "

"Great accommodations for a small mountain town. The building was gut renovated in 2019 after having sat dormant for years after the previous hotel on site was burned down. Loved the inside vibe though the decor inside the hotel rooms were a bit sparse (spacious though). For Americans, there is no AC (not particularly uncommon) so beware. Hostess was good at communicating late checkin procedures since we did not arrive at the property until 10 pm. Overall lovely stay with all our basic needs...

"Struttura nuova appena portata a nuovo. Non hanno l'asensore e scale molto ripide e non è indicato da nessuna parte, avevo 2 valigie grabdi e pensanti. La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. E' evidente che si sono messi di impegno ma che non sono del mestiere. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato era al 3° piano, piccolissima senza finestre e quando sono arrivato c'erano...
