"This was the cheapest hotel of our stay but far from the worst. Friendly staff, nice rooms just a little bit scuffed especially in the bathrooms. No breakfast options but there are supermarkets close by. Kaufbeuren is a nice little place, convenient for exploring the area."

"Very nice and large room. In a very pretty setting. Have to call if getting here after 8 pm. Call before get here or no one is at the desk. They have a nice inexpensive snack fridge if you get in late. "

"The location is an easy 12 minutes from Castle Neuschwanstein. The rooms were large, clean, and had a great comfortable feel. There was a light breakfast available. The self-check in was very easy. There's not much in the immediate vicinity but plenty of shopping and food options just a short drive away. "

"The hotel is pretty has free parking and is only a 5 minute walk into the town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, we were in another building behind the main hotel and the room was spacious with an upper mezzanine area with 2x beds that the kids loved. In the lower area there was the main bed and bathroom, a small kitchenette and a living area with dining table and a sofa (bed). We had a large balcony with views to the hills. With 2x kids we are normally back in the room by 8.30 each...

"Overall a very enjoyable 6 day stay in this comfortable, modern hotel in beautiful country surroundings. Possibly as a holdover from Covid, there is noone available at reception in the mornings until 11 a.m. which is quite inconvenient and gives a poor impression with the entrance lobby in semi-darkness. Apart from that the breakfasts were good, as were the other meals we enjoyed on the outdoor terrace and we would happily stay there again if we were in the area."

"We made our booking late on the day of our arrival and literally caught the person at the front desk minutes before they went home. They arranged our room, and access for our keys, and it was all quick and easy. We arrived late and the process had been explained clearly making getting into our room effortless. The room was spotless, the vending machine with beer and wine was great, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. We couldn’t have asked for anything more."
