The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time. "Just the two of us traveling to visit our son studying abroad. The room was on the 5th floor which was accessible by stairs or an elevator. Perfect size, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. There was breakfast available on the 1st floor and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and was helpful recommending a restaurant. High recommend."

"It's almost impossible to have a more convenient location. This is the main reason I booked this hotel. There are dozens of highly rated restaurants within minutes from the hotel. The one that I enjoyed the most was La belle idee. Hotel staff were great and very friendly. They helped me with information regarding local transportation and how to purchase and validate tram tickets.
