"Overall stay was good, the hotel is a bit dated. I didn’t reserve parking which was my fault, but was told parking on the street will be ok by the reception. Woke up in the morning with rental car towed by the police. Don’t trust the staff and do your own research "

"Me ha gustado la ubicacion al lado del Alcazar, el desayuno bien y sin aglomeraciones, las habitaciones pues la cama supergrande el espacio de m2 grande , pocos enchufes y mal ubicados por ejemplo no habia en las mesillas de noche ni habia flexos para leer la iluminacion mal distribuida o demasiada o demasido poca, el baño bien con mucho accesorioa cepirllos crema de afeitar jabones mas que suficiente, la ducha y el gripo no eran independientes o no supe ponerlos, el agua bien de temparatura y...

"We did a family vacation and the apartment was great! They were very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was nice and clean and well equipped. Comfortable too for the usual size of apartments in Toledo. The beds were comfortable and the area seemed safe with lots of things to do. The parking was a little nerve wracking because you get on an elevator with your car, but it’s a plus for Toledo to have parking available. I would recommend renting a small car for Toledo, and Spain in general...
