"Did a Gallipoli tour and caught the ferry over to Cannakale for a 1 night stay. Just needed a simple clean hotel for the night in easy walking distance from the ferry. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and helped us park our car. Had a light breakfast offering - nothing fancy, but adequate. Then headed to Troy. I was very pleased with the hotel and the price. "

"The room was very small, you could barely get in bed, in the morning there is no hot water, the bathroom looks pathetic, the breakfast was very poor and only those who came at 8 in the morning eat, for the rest of the people there is no food. The staff did not know English and even though the room was paid for, we had to pay once more to stay."

Troy tour was dissappointing due to a lacklustre guide - however hotel refunded an appropriate proportion of cost when told this. "I loved feeling like I was staying in a large beautiful home rather than the traditional impersonal large American style hotel. The staff was so pleasant and because I had a puppy and kitten with me, went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are nice but not 5 star. The shower stall was not perfect.
