"We made a last minute reservation, looking forward to staying along the Mosel River, and were thoroughly pleased with this inexpensive, charming hotel. Our dinner in their dining room and the breakfast the next morning were excellent. The reception staff recommended that we explore the downtown area and the Bruckentor (old bridge gate), and especially the harrowing but rewarding trip up to the Ruine Grevenburg (castle ruins), and it was unforgettable. "Everything is good. Great location, nice rooms. A little pricier than others. Two negatives: - the computerized checkin is cumbersome and buggy. It took three attempts to complete it, and the staff cannot override the program — it would be good to have a way to boil water to make tea in the evening, in the room or in the common area. "

The staff were excellent and the hotel breakfast was the best we had in our travels. We traveled by bike and they had hotel storage and early check in. Would definitely stay again!"
