However the venue overall needs repair and replacement of items - eg a block-out curtain was missing from the window. The room had no fridge, which I was told about and this did not worry me but others might require it. Potholes and cracks in the driveway and paths made walking to rooms potentially unsafe. "

"Room does not have good ventilation, which caused a build up of water on the bedroom windows. Hence the room smelt damp. Otherwise the place was good. We cracked the window to provide ventilation, however it would be good if the cleaners did this daily."
