"Beach not good. All inclusive package only offered 3 meals a day and drinks but limited. Also no snacks offered in between in the all inclusive package and it was 116$ per person per day. Drinks expensive 12-15$ per drink and with the heat they get warm fast. Gilligans island was disappointing. Pay for one hour or longer but drive to and back counts in that hour so subtract 20 minutes. However, the grounds, the rooms, the staff were ALL incredible. The pools were excellent. "It's our second time staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, check in was fast. This time we stayed at room 106, it was comfortable but very cold. Temprearure unable to be adjusted, we were in a fridge! We call for help and nothing can be done that night, during the morning we went to staff and we were told someone will check it but at night we felt temperature the same. A bathroom wall was dirty but we managed it. Air conditioning sounds loud as room 102. Breakfast was good."
