"We spent the night before a morning flight out. It was perfect for that purpose. The free shuttle (runs every hour) to and from the airport was so convenient and helpful. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our only complaint on that front was that since it is January and the colder months, they only had heat available, even though air conditioning was advertised and the room was quiet hot and stuffy. "We needed a hotel near the Casablanca airport due to an earlier flight. This small hotel was perfect due to the proximity and the free shuttle. The place had a lot of charm - walking the halls felt royal due to the grandeur, the space, and the outdoors. "

Die Tür zur Terrasse war nicht abschließbar, sodass man jederzeit in unser Zimmer spazieren konnte. Auf Nachfragen sagte man uns, dass die Techniker schon weg seien. Auf die Bitte hin ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, rief der nette und hilfsbereite Mann an der Rezeption bei der Managerin an, die ihn anschrie und meinte:"I don't care!!!"...
