"Key problems were that hotel wasn’t in the town advertised (it was in Ramgarh and not Fatehpur as advertised) and nor was the room we were allocated anywhere near the size or standard of the one advertised. We felt very let down with what we felt was a very basic and seriously overpriced room. Some other aspects of what was advertised also turned out to be inaccurate. On the positive side, this was the only hotel we used in Rajasthan that was run by women. We were also grateful for the assistance provided by the manager Anju who was helpful on a number of fronts. "
