Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "Very disappointed! Be careful when you book. The description on the website is not accurate. There is no mini bar or tea/coffee making facilities. If you require a drink you need to go to the bar. The hotel although there are certain improvements is very outdated. I suppose it sells well because of its location."

"False advertising… there was no free breakfast. They are no longer associated with the restaurant… yet the pictures imply they are associated. There is no one operating the desk off hours. Make sure you read your French arrival instructions ahead of time. Our room was above the noisy restaurant which was open till 11 and no air conditioning so you have to keep your windows open."
