"The resort is just amazing! Staff were great! Food was great! It was a beautiful place and very relaxing. Wish we had Hasu including in our all inclusive, even for just one night. I wish I took down every staff members name as they made our stay so enjoyable but I dont want to name only a few people out of fairness, but to the GM, your staff are fantastic and I hope you can reward all of them."

"The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The food is pretty good. Our room (one of the cheapest options) was a bit scruffy and not the best design (smelt a bit musty, hardly any leg room if you sit on the toilet!) but overall fine. Lots of food options nearby. Entertainment could be loud in the evening. Pool & beach areas are nice. "

"We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you. "A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! "Lovely hotel, stunning location right on beach. Staff were brilliant, restaurants great and lots of choice. Facilities were brilliant gym and golf great. Only downside is beware of shop prices. False economy for a business to charge such high prices. Would have bought more if better prices. Picked a golf magazine up to buy until I got to the till and they said it’s £15. "Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....
