"Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato una stanza sporca e piena di formiche. Abbiamo chiamato la reception ma in 2 giorni non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema. È la prima volta che mi capita una casa così sudicia. Ci hanno preso in giro. Il personale non è efficiente... ci hanno fatto dormire con le formiche... Peggio di un campeggio "

"The hotel staff are very helpful, although the reception isn't open 24/7 and the way to contact that would be via the phone in the room (especially in the afternoon). The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is easily accessible from the main train station."

"As was stated several times: there was no way to get in the front door (to get to the lock box). I had to ring apartments and fortunately got #3 to open the front door for us. There were no directions as to how to get to the apartment or how to get to downtown Vienna (which most visitors want to visit); and there were no nearby grocery stores to be able to use the kitchen etc. We ended up leaving a day early to rebook a place near the airport so that we could catch out flight home on the next...
