"I loved everything about Totoco. The rooms, the location, the staff, the food, the views, it was a very comfortable stay! I got a full body massage from Lydia and it was the best I ever had in my life. Miguel seemed to be in charge of things and he was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. Pictures don’t do justice of this place. The property is full off the most beautiful gardens with crowds of butterflies overlooking the lake and volcano. There are bugs, but that’s what you’re going to...

"I loved our stay at this resort! It had a beautiful view of the volcano. A lovely beach is right beyond the back gates. The staff was very helpful and always way to find for what ever we needed. I enjoyed the food we had there. It is a very tranquil spot. Our taxi driver had no issues finding the place from the ferry. The cabanas were very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch in the morning."

"Great place, nice surroundings, literally few minutes walk to the beach. Henry, the owner, is definitely doing everything to make the place friendly and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and free "all day" breakfast at Iguana bar. The only not exactly positive thing to mention was loud music from a restaurant on the beach (they have live music on weekends), but I think you would hear it in the radius of at least half a mile, so no matter what hotel you choose, weekend nights are not going to be...
