Also - note the check in process requires you download an app and we were confused thinking we had made a mistake when the app told us "no key assigned" - turns out this just meant our room wasn't ready yet (we went into the app when we got the email to download it) - sharing this so you don't panic - once our room was ready the key popped up in the app and the whole process was dead easy. "Le Moulin de Chateau was an ideal location to stay during our trip through the Verdon area. The hotels in Moustiers-Sainte-Marie were booked, but Le Moulin turned out to be an even better option. The owner and staff were warm and welcoming, the dinner and breakfast they prepared were highest quality, and the room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Everything about our experience here was excellent and we would stay here again."

"Showed up late, they had cancelled my reservation. They took me in but still charged me the cancellation fee, and more per night than the original booking fee... Very limited outlets in the room and WiFi very weak. Desk staff absent much of the time. "

The reception eventually agreed to the second room and the guests had to pay rather than using the card the hotel was reserved with. The Hotel was fine but the check-in admin was disappointing."
