The couple that run it are very engaging and helpful and the food, prepared by the husband, is simply outstanding. "We arrived on Ascencion day from the little yellow train to no bus or taxi from Villefranc to the hotel - locals gathered together at the station to take us to the hotel in a private car - refused to accept any payment. Next day we needed to do washing, again let down by taxi's to get to laundry (at the local supermarket and a local again gave us a lift but let down again by taxi's to return (not far enough). The dryer did not work so back to hotel with damp washing. Immediately hotel stepped...

"El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto.
