"The hotel is located in a,slightly industrial area, however do not let this put you off as there are bars and restaurants around and in the hotel which are really good. The room service was excellent for the duration of my stay and John's service in the hotel bar was 10/10. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and his drinks were really good. All in all if i was returning to the south of France in would definitely use this hotel again. "

It’s had everything inside I needed and as it’s described the stuff were very friendly and very helpful. the area might look dodgy a bit but it’s haven’t bothered me as it’s Marseille at the end of the day if you know you know, but there is nothing to worry about I’ve been many times in Marseille. The breakfast was fairly standard but if you travel alot you understand the convenience of breakfast in the hotel even if it isn’t spectacular. The hotel is located on a street that seems quite deserted after 7pm BUT if you walk just three blocks you will find plenty of restaurants and stores along the port. "

The staff excellent, but we did not like the 5.80 euros compensation energetique added to our bill. We didn't notice it until we got home."
