All the front desk staff I interacted with were so friendly and helpful. The elevator was not working the first half of my stay but was fixed within a few days. "The walk to the airport is 20 minutes according to Apple etc. you could take a short cut across busy road via the Novotel which would be shorter. Tram stop is nearby if you can figure out how to get a ticket. I couldn’t find a nearby beach"
