"Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. Very safe large car park.. Convenient...

"I needed a last minute stay whilst on a motorcycle tour through Europe. I turned up as the kitchen was closing and the manager asked the chef if he would stay on to cook me a meal. I’m not fussy and let the chef cook what he had on hand, a selection of local cured meats, foie gras and crusty bread for an appetiser and an amazing dish of chicken, mushrooms and a white wine sauce. Truly a stay to remember if only for one night. "

Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. "We were here to view the xterra triathlon. This is a tiny town but the accommodation was excellent with a nice staff and excellent breakfast and meal options.
