"It was a very nice and comfortable place. Staff was super friendly, informative and helpful. Unfortunately there were no laundry facilities as mentioned in the description and the restaurant facilities were not available as mentioned either and we only found this out after we booked. This should have been mentioned prior to us booking. But all in all, I would recommend this place."

"Had to change plans at the last minute due to a traffic diversion and booked this late after and arrived at the premises in the dark. Staff were accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. "Ha sido un cúmulo de despropósitos: 1. Pedimos una habitación con cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas 2. No tienen WIFI para los clientes, y además los abonados (al menos de Orange) no tienen cobertura de teléfono. Es decir que, ya es grave no poder llamar por teléfono, pero eso no es su responsabilidad. Pero sabiendo esto, que no tengan WIFI ... es tener a los clientes incomunicados. 3. "Très bon séjour àLaa Pobla de Segur. Nous avons loué des VTT électriques à "bicis non stop" et avons fait un parcours de 50km près du lac. Un régal. Par contre le festival "gastronomique" et une belle escroquerie. Tout est extrêmement chèr et un groupe de musique ringard vous casse les oreilles avec un son très fort et de mauvaise qualité. Je vous conseille donc l'hôtel mais pas le festival. Allez plutôt au restaurant ce jour là. "
