"Excellent service!!! High standard! There was a coffee/ tea machine, a spring / sparkling water machine near the lobby. You can get hot or cold drink free any time. Buffet breakfast was included. Moreover, at 4pm delicious cakes and cookie were served free! You can borrow bicycles free as well. The lobby is bright and cosy and there were some games. The members of staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. Extraordinary good hotel!"

"Cute property close to the main town. Rooms were a decent size, bathroom was tiny and not enough towels. Wifi patchy in the rooms. Some rooms not the most convenient to get to - eg up a very narrow flight of stairs then down another. This was tricky to navigate with luggage and a little unsafe."

The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. "Recently renovated so no sign of 'tired carpets' or similar: everything immaculate. Possibly denuded of any real 'alpine' feel in the process though. Staff all very polite and helpful. My room had a hoid sized shower room (shiny floor as is so often the case - good job i had flip flops) but the room itself was far from spacious. "A beautiful location at a golf club. Out our balcony we could see golfers below and the backside of Mont Blanc plus other mountains above. The staff was friendly and helpful, complete with drawing me a map so that I could find the *free* tram (with hotel voucher) back to Chamonix. A couple of good restaurants nearby.
