"This is a perfect location if you want to ski at La Flegere, and the views from the rooms are incredible. It is a bit far from the more downtown area so you need to take the night bus to get back if you will be out past 9pm, but there are still some restaurants around that are walkable. The room itself was clean, and a good size for two people. Staff is very friendly. The highlight is certainly the location and the views. "

"Myself and my husband recently spent a week at this hotel and loved it. The staff were friendly and the view from our room/balcony of Mont Blanc was stunning. The hotel is fairly close to town (5/10 min walk) and lovely and quiet with a large grassy area in front with free car parking at the hotel as well. It is also close to the trails/cable cars for running or hiking the mountains. There is also a lovely river walk close by if you want something a bit flatter. Overall I would definitely...

"Charming stay in Les Houches at the Chalet Hotel Du Bois. Staff were incredibly friendly and facilities were perfect for our stay. Excellent pool, bar and restaurant facilities. Bedroom was perfectly comfortable for our ski stay and we would absolutely stay again!"
