"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "We stayed here with our 3 children (aged 9, 6 and 1) for one night on our way to our holiday in Italy. The hotel is attractive with high ceilings and wooden beams. Our room was excellent, with a double bed and bathroom downstairs and a mezzanine with 3 single beds and another bathroom. We also had a nice terrace overlooking the forest.
